The role
Working with our established team of experienced practitioners, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PAE in commercial law and be focused on building and maintaining strong working relationships with our valued clientele.
The role offers the opportunity to work on large scale transactions as well as assisting small businesses and individuals with their commercial legal requirements focusing on the following areas:
General commercial agreements including loan agreements, supply agreements, IT and IP agreements
Business sales and purchasesFranchising
Terms and conditions of trade
Competition and consumer law
Building contracts
Trusts
Corporate structuring and company law generally
Procurement projects
Purchases and sale of shares
Shareholders’ and unitholders’ agreements
Retail and non retail commercial Leasing

Wills & Estates Lawyer
Aughtersons Lawyers is seeking an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer to join our busy team.
The role
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years PAE with extensive experience in drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney, including Estate litigation, planning and complex Probate matters. You will be well supported with a dedicated personal assistant and collaborative team.
This role is offered with the flexibility for the right candidate to tailor to their specific requirements.
