Glen Andrew Egerton

Glen joined the practice in March 1989 and headed our Litigation Department. His experience is wide and varied, having acted for a number of substantial businesses and specialising in advice on loss minimisation through good credit control and debt recovery procedures. He also provided advice and representation relating to Court appearances for criminal matters and general litigation. In recent years Glen expanded his litigation practice to include Supreme Court Applications seeking Orders for the modification of Restrictive Covenants, particularly single dwelling covenants. This area of law constituted a significant part of his practice.

A keen sportsman and gardener, Glen enjoys playing golf and tennis on the weekends and spending time maintaining the garden at home.
