Kathy Adams

Director

Kathy is a commercial lawyer having experience in a range of commercial matters including purchase and sale of business, trusts, corporations and company matters, leasing — commercial and retail, business law, copyright and trademarks. Kathy also has substantial experience with mortgage administration and lending, finance, security documentation, leasing, Wills, estates and probate matters.

Kathy joined Aughtersons in 2003 as a law clerk working primarily in family law and in our mortgage department.  Kathy has completed an Advanced Diploma of Business (Legal Practice) and became Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. Kathy then undertook her Law Degree at Deakin University, graduating with first class honours and the Dean’s Merit List Award.
