Liam O’Brien

Director

Liam is a senior member of our litigation department and has been with Aughtersons since 2009. Liam is a Director of the firm and practises primarily in commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in complex civil disputes with a primary focus on the following areas:

• Contract interpretation and disputes
• Property claims
• Debt collection and enforcement
• Consumer law
• Corporate Regulation

Liam also partners with our Family Law department in relation to Intervention Order Applications and is able to provide guidance on your claim and conduct proceedings on your behalf. In addition, he provides counsel on criminal/police matters particularly Australian Tax Office prosecutions, assault charges and traffic offences. Liam’s broad knowledge and experience allows him to achieve the best outcome possible for his clients.
