Philippa is a family law practitioner with over 20 years experience, and has been an Accredited Specialist in Family Law since 2009.  Prior to joining Aughtersons, she worked in specialist family law practices in Melbourne and Sydney and also as a government lawyer.  Philippa has a broad practice in:

Property matters including those involving

• Corporate and trust structures, partnerships, businesses and overseas assets
• Complex valuation issues
• Division of superannuation and pension schemes
• Preservation of assets

Parenting matters including those involving

• High levels of conflict
• International and interstate relocation
• Disputes relating to living arrangements, schooling, medical treatment and decision-making in relation to children
