Nina Sheedy

Nina was admitted to practice in February 2013 and started her legal career with busy CBD practices where she gained experience as a paralegal, conveyancing and property law clerk.

Since starting a family and moving to the Eastern Suburbs in 2017, Nina has gained employment with a local firm, where she worked on an array of matters.

Nina joined the Property Law Team at Aughtersons Lawyers in May 2024.

Nina practices primarily in property law and her experience includes:

• Retirement Villages
• Purchases and sales of residential and commercial land
• Adverse possession
• Subdivisions
• Property transfers including applications for stamp duty exemptions
• General law conversion
• Lost title applications

Nina is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for our clients in the most efficient and transparent manner.  Nina is fluent in Russian.

Outside of work Nina is a busy mum of two young children who everyday challenge her mediation, negotiation and diplomacy skills.
