Peter Charles Milford

Peter joined the firm in 1980, became a partner in 1982 and a Director of Aughtersons from August 2014 to January 2019. Peter possesses a great interest in social issues emanating from his role as a Family Lawyer. He is a former Deputy Registrar of the Family Court and has practised almost exclusively in the Family Law and De Facto Law area for the past 40 years.
Peter continues to practice as a consultant in our Family Law team, drawing on his vast experience in all forms of matrimonial work, with particular emphasis on attempting to settle matters as amicably and cost effectively as possible.

After many years of service to Aughtersons, Richard retired in August 2018. Kathy Adams and Denis Vukicevic have assumed responsibility of our busy commercial practice and are ably supporting those of our clients who had previously relied upon Richard’s expertise.

Gordon joined Aughtersons in 1996 and now consults in and has overall management and supervision of our property and conveyancing department. Prior to joining the firm Gordon established a reputation as a hard-working expert in his field over 20 years as a sole practitioner.

Renee was admitted to practice in 1991 and worked in a city and another suburban firm before she joined Aughtersons in January 2013. In 2007, Renee was accredited as a specialist in Property Law by the Law Institute of Victoria.

Roxanne was admitted to practice in 2012 in New Zealand and in 2015 in Victoria. Roxanne was formerly a prosecutor for the Ministry of Social Development in New Zealand and a Lawyer for the New Zealand Public Defence Service. Prior to joining Aughtersons in 2018, Roxanne prosecuted for a local council and worked in a city and suburban firm.

Stephen was admitted to practice in 2014.
