Victoria joined Aughtersons in 2013 and practises in Property Law and Planning. Victoria is experienced in areas such as:

• Property Law
• Conveyancing (purchase and sale of residential, commercial and industrial properties)
• Subdivisions and off-the-plan development projects
• Boundary re-alignments
• Adverse Possession Applications
• Section 173 Agreements
• Variation of Restrictive Covenants
• Partition Agreements
• Retirement Villages
• Acquisition of property in self-managed superfunds
• Mortgage administration and lending; and
• Security documentation

Victoria is also fluent in Spanish and is currently completing her Masters of Laws
